Fun 1st days of school!

Harper had her 1st day in her new class one week before Claire.  She has Ms. Fouzia as her lead teacher, and they are a perfect pair!  Harper LOVES school and LOVES being with her friends at school.  She loves her Wednesday chapel service where they sing "AhLeyLooLaLooLah."  She is learning Spanish, she can write her name, and she has learned all about the human body.

Claire began 1st grade this year at a new school, Doss Elementary.  Claire was very excited to begin 1st grade, but the move to a new house and a new school all at once was tough on her.  After a couple of hard weeks transitioning, Claire LOVES Doss; she loves first grade.  She is really blessed to have Miss Lee who has been so patient and wonderful with Claire.  Claire is learning so much and is really thriving.  She is making friends and enjoying her new school a lot.
